Naruto Uzumaki is a shinobi (ninja) competing for the title of Hokage, honored as such by the Konohagakure villagers carving their faces into the rock above.

Twelve years prior, a nine-tailed demon fox attacked the village and slayed many shinobi. This demon lived in the hidden village of Konoha and could cause tsunamis from swinging just one of his tails. It was the fourth Hokage who sealed the fox within baby Naruto in exchange for his own life.

The townspeople could only see him as the demon and not the frightened child without a family.

Now grown and genin (lower class ninja), Naruto seeks to train with his friends Sakura & Sasuke under the watchful eye of Kakashi. Many challenges, trials, and enemies await. This will cause the village to now respect ... Naruto.
